CADE wins “Amazing Place to Work” award for 7th consecutive year
Seven-time winner! On 27 October, the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) received the Amazing Place to Work award at ceremony held in the city of São Paulo. Organised by the Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA), the awards have recognised the agency at national level for seven consecutive years.
The Amazing Place to Work awards assess nine dimensions of the working environment: leadership, career development, communication, learning, interpersonal relationships, innovation and autonomy, quality of life at work, environmental, social and governance (ESG), and recognition and rewards. Compared with the 2025 assessment cycle, CADE improved its performance in four of those dimensions.
The award acknowledges the efforts of managers and staff to foster a positive working environment built on harmonious relationships and strong professional bonds, contributing to a better professional performance and quality of work. Quality of Life at Work was the highest-rated dimension among CADE staff.
Ms Amanda Rottava, civil servant at CADE, was the representative of the agency at the ceremony and highlighted the importance of everyone's cooperation in this achievement. "We are so proud to see CADE recognised in this way. CADE is made up of workers who are committed to building a harmonious environment based on cooperation and shared responsibilities. This award only reinforces what we strive to achieve every day at the agency," she said.
CADE has participated in the awards programme since 2020, establishing a track record of national recognition that reflects the agency's commitment to valuing people and continuously improving the working environment.
