CADE updates Case Law Search Tool

On 11 June, the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) launched the third version of its Case Law Search Tool. The improvement reinforces the agency’s commitment to upgrade its digital services. https://jurisprudencia.cade.gov.br/pt/p/home

One of the main new features is the advance in machine learning functionalities with artificial intelligence, allowing documents to be indexed automatically.

The system also offers periodic scheduling managed by CADE's procedural coordination, especially focused on updating or adding new documents for consultation.

The refined search feature using "and", "or", "no", “prox”, and "double quote" operators is still available. In order to understand how to use each function, the user can click on the help button icon (?), on the top right-hand corner of the screen.

The new version also improves usability and accessibility by adopting the official layout of the gov.br portal, providing a more intuitive experience for users.
