CADE to discuss methods for mediation in Brazilian government bodies

On 1 November, the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) is to promote the panel “Café com Mediação” (Coffee with Mediation) at 9:00. (Brasilia time). The panel will discuss the methods to spread mediation among other Brazilian government bodies. The purpose of the discussion is to expand the understanding of practices of intermediation in the Brazilian government.

The initiative from the Office of the Attorney General at CADE provides a chance to explore innovative approaches, share knowledge and experiences, as well as strengthen the capacity of institutions to seek solutions for conflicts, and to meet the demands of the Brazilian society in a collaborative manner. 

Juliana Domingues, attorney general, will moderate the panel. Gustavo Augusto and Victor Oliveira Fernandes, commissioners, and Lílian Marques, chief economist at CADE, among other authorities, will also take part in the event.
