CADE releases the 2nd edition of the Case Law Bulletin

The Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) released on 12 August the second edition of the Case Law Bulletin. The document, a quarterly publication, seeks to facilitate the monitoring of the agency's most important decisions.
This edition includes the outcome of the Ordinary Hearings held this year from April to June and the extraordinary hearing held on 28 May.
The bulletin presents summary information on the judgements rendered during the period, after becoming final and unappealable, from the perspective of case law. The second edition will also introduce the positions adopted by CADE's General Superintendency in its decisions.
