CADE releases new Case Law Report

The Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) published the first 2026 edition of its Case Law Report, providing summarised information on the main decisions of the Tribunal of CADE.

The document is produced by the Office of the Coordinator-General of Proceedings (CGP), and it aims at reinforcing a better comprehension of the decision-making process, with the agency’s stance on antitrust matters.

In addition, its purpose is to facilitate the monitoring of civil society and government bodies of the Tribunal's most relevant decisions over the years. Access the editions of Case Law Reports here.
