CADE releases competition advocacy website
On 11 December, the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) released the website CADE Simples. The webpage aims to promote and facilitate the access to competition defence knowledge, using plain language.
The objective of the new website is to reach professionals, specialised scholars, the general public, small and medium size firms, and anyone interested in Brazilian competition defence.
The campaign shows CADE’s ongoing effort to ensure transparency, accessibility, and that technical and complex concepts are communicated clearly.
The website offers educational content, explanations of the agency's main activities, and practical examples of how competition defence positively impacts people’s lives.
CADE Simples promotes the importance of free competition for economic development. This campaign reinforces CADE’s purpose not only as a competition authority, but also as an agency focused on educating and engaging society in competition matters.
The launching of the webpage is an important step to promote competition in Brazil and bring society closer to public policies on competition defence.
