CADE releases 4th edition of Case Law Bulletin

The Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) released on 31 March the fourth edition of the Case Law Bulletin. The document, a quarterly publication, aims to facilitate the monitoring of the agency's most important decisions.
This edition includes the outcomes of the ordinary hearings held between October and December 2020 and the extraordinary hearing of 21 December.
The document briefly describes the decisions entered by CADE, summing up the authority's main positions on the matters at issue.
