CADE opens opportunity for international consultancy
The Office of the Superintendent General at CADE is seeking a specialist for international technical consultancy. The consultant will develop and deliver strategic input for a project about international experience with the application of data-related remedies in digital markets focused on intersection of competences and cooperation between authorities.
The project aims to analyse, from an international perspective, design, application, and monitoring of data-related remedies in data-driven digital markets. The initiative also seeks to map practices of foreign competition authorities, with a particular focus on cooperation mechanisms among these agencies and data protection authorities.
Candidates interested in participating in the selection process must send their CVs to prodoc@cade.gov.br by 10 February, using the subject line: Consultoria Projeto Remédios Baseados em Dados – [Candidate's Name].
To be eligible, candidates must meet the following threshold requirements (mandatory):
- Academic qualification: a completed master’s degree in economics or law.
- Professional experience: demonstrated experience in the field of competition law.
- Languages: fluency in English, proven through a certificate or an official statement of language proficiency.
- Letter of intent: a document highlighting candidate's motivation and proposed contributions to the project.
The specialist will provide the Office of the Superintendent General at CADE with technical support, helping consolidate the agency’s work on digital markets and matters related to competition enforcement and data protection.
Activities are scheduled to begin on 17 February and may be conducted remotely.
