CADE issues Case Law Bulletin

The Administrative Council for Economic Defence (CADE) released on 6 May the first edition of its Case Law Bulletin. The document is intended to make it easier the monitoring of the most important decisions of the agency’s Tribunal.

The bulletin will be released every three months, with summary information about the decisions made by the Administrative Tribunal that are relevant for establishing legal precendents, after they have become final and unappealable.

The first edition includes the decisions related to Ordinary Sessions 152, 153, 154, and 155, which took place between January and March of this year.
