CADE is recognised as an “Amazing Place to Work” for 6th time
The Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) was once again recognised as one of the best workplaces in Brazil. For the sixth time, the agency was included in the ranking of the “Amazing Place to Work”, initiative of the FIA Business School, which identifies institutions with the highest satisfaction rates among their employees.
In this year's edition, CADE is among the awarded midsized companies group, and placed second in the category “Public Services”. This recognition reinforces the agency's commitment to provide a collaborative and innovative work environment focused on the professional development of its teams.
The award is based on the FIA Employee Experience (FEEx), a research done with civil servants and interns. Among the nine areas evaluated, CADE excelled in interpersonal relationships, learning, communication, innovation, and autonomy.
In addition, the agency obtained an 87.8 indicator of workplace environment (i-CO), surpassing the average score of 85, with 229 employees taking part in the survey.
Besides the award, the agency had already received the certificate FIA Employee Experience – Workplace Environment, which reinforces the commitment of managers and employees to promote a healthy, collaborative, and productive environment.
CADE's success is the result of the balance between quality of life and performance, supported by the continuous valuing of learning. This scenario is reflected in actions such as the Quality of Life at Work Programme, which has been growing since 2022 and has entered a new phase of methodological maturity in 2025, with the development of a policy based on internal diagnosis and institutional evidence.
At the same time, the Management Programme strengthens the culture of results and feedback, while the Professional Development Plan (PDP) expands training opportunities and promotes the growth of employees and leaders. In addition to these initiatives, CADE makes ongoing investments in infrastructure, technology, and workplace improvements, reinforcing an innovative and healthy institutional environment, focused on human and organizational development.
