The series of studies “Review of CADE’s Decision” aims at consolidating, systematizing and disseminating CADE’s case law on specific markets, considering its economic and competitive aspects.
The systematizing and promotion of information aims at increasing the transparency of CADE’s decisions, enabling the society to acknowledge the positions consolidated by CADE. These reviews contribute to the generation of technical and practical knowledge, as well as to the academic production on subjects related to competition defense.
