Portal Único de Notificação (Single Notice Portal)
The Single Notice Portal must be used to inform:
- Service Difficulties Report – SDR; and
- Mandatory and Voluntary Operational Safety Reports.
The Single Notice Portal brings together on a single digital platform all operational safety reports issued by domestic and foreign operators operating within the Brazilian state, regardless of whether the report is required by regulations issued by the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC), the Department of Airspace Control (DECEA) or the Center for Investigation and Prevention of Aeronautical Accidents (CENIPA).
Reports sent through the Single Portal must always be sent under the individual login, and you can act as an individual representative or as a representative of an organization. Bear in mind that to report on behalf of an organization, you must be competent to represent it.
How to access the Single Notice Portal
Foreign Maintenance organization and/or foreign individuals must first register in order to get access to the system. Click Single Notice Portal Guide to follow the instructions on how to do it.
Where to go on the Single Notice Portal
When you enter the Single Notice Portal, there is an option to select the English version in the top right-hand corner of the site (globe icon).
In the Single Notice Portal, the report type “Safety Event” refers to mandatory reports in accordance with ANAC Resolution no. 714 of April 26, 2023, including Service Difficult Reports, for example. In this Resolution you can consult the list of mandatory reporting events for each type of regulated party. They apply to both individuals and organizations.
On the other hand, the report type “Deviation Report-ANAC” refers to voluntary reporting program in accordance with ANAC Resolution no. 709 of March 31, 2023.
Both resolutions can be consulted at the Applicable Legislation link.
