Project Structuring
Credit Line for Project Structuring
To improve the quality of project preparation and advance projects to the implementation phase, it is necessary to mobilize considerable financial resources as well as the capacity to manage and access international service providers — elements that are generally lacking among both private project developers and local governments.
To address this gap, it is pertinent to enhance the model used for project development by providing timely and sufficient resources, both financial and technical, in order to ensure the alignment and additionality of projects with the ecological transition, reduce the rate of unsuccessful projects, increase the attractiveness of successful projects to private investors, and avoid wasting the limited resources that could otherwise be directed toward preparing high-quality projects in innovative sectors such as technological development, bioeconomy, energy transition, circular economy, green infrastructure, and climate change adaptation.
In this context, the Project Structuring Credit Sub-line aims to promote and enable the expansion of the sustainable project portfolio, particularly those that combine ecological transformation with the partial or full export orientation of their products and services.
The Sub-line will also be directed toward the establishment, expansion, and financing of new project structuring offices and firms, fostering the concept of a distributed and sustainable project network and supporting the growth of specialized service offerings throughout the country.
The operationalization of this Project Structuring Credit Sub-line is currently under discussion within the scope of the Executive Committee.
