Ships and hotels: quarantine guidelines
Anvisa enacts guidance protocols for quarantine on ships and hotels.

Anvisa has published specific protocols for quarantine on vessels and hotels. One of the documents contains guidelines on how to quarantine ships with confirmed case of Covid-19. The other one deals with quarantining travelers in hotels.
It is important to highlight that the protocols detail how to monitor the health situation, as well as the necessary hygiene procedures on those places.
Some of the recommendations call attention: procedures for cleaning and disinfecting surfaces (bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas); guidelines related to meals; removal and washing of bed linen and personal clothes; solid waste (garbage) management; and air conditioning cleansing, among other procedures.
