2026
The 2026 Annual Management Plan (AMP) was approved through Ordinance No. 7,034 of December 9, 2025 (in portuguese). It consists of administrative and operational performance targets designed to reflect the results of actions aimed at improving the quality of the services provided by the Agency, stemming both from improvements in its processes and from initiatives that promote research in the regulated sector.
In compliance with the Agencies Law (Law No. 13,848/2019 - in portuguese), the regulatory activities included in the 2026-2027 Regulatory Agenda, approved by Ordinance No. 7,030 of December 2, 2025 (in portuguese), and scheduled for completion in 2026, are part of the 2026 Annual Management Plan (PGA) under Macroprocess 1, “Electricity Sector Regulation.”
To align the implementation of the Action Plans with budget execution, the actions included in the 2026 AMP are also aligned with the budgetary actions set forth in the 2026 Annual Budget Bill (PLOA 2026) that are linked to the Agency’s operational and administrative activities. Accordingly, all AMP actions are harmonized and related, either directly or indirectly, to the Strategic Objectives of the 2024-2027 Strategic Plan (SP) and to the PLOA.
