Notes with regards to the registration fees
a. Early and Standard Registration Fees are available using PayPal. To request, please write to Juliano Moro, Treasurer of the XIII COLAGE, at julianopmoro@gmail.com or juliano.moro@inpe.br
b. The abstract acceptance letter sent by Aug. 20th will include information about eventual travel support, registration, and payment procedures.
c. The registration fee includes coffee breaks in the morning and in the afternoon.
d. The ticket for the conference dinner is not included in the registration fee.
e. The registration fee for accompanying persons is set to US$ 50. To request, please write to Juliano Moro, Treasurer of the XIII COLAGE, at juliano.moro@inpe.br or julianopmoro@gmail.com
Conditions and Cancellation Policy:
a. Registration fees are not transferable.
b. Refunds of the registration fees will only be issued up to October 15th with the bank transaction fees deducted from the total amount refunded.
c. Cancellations after October 15th and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
d. On-Site registrations are available with cash only.
