Dear COLAGE attendees,
The last version of the Conference Program is finally online. Please, access https://www.gov.br/inpe/en/events/colage/2022/conference-program.
We have scheduled 73 oral presentations and more than 130 posters distributed in five sessions: (1) Space Weather; (2) Ionosphere and Upper Atmosphere; (3) Solar Physics, Heliosphere, and Cosmic Rays; (4) Solar Wind, Magnetosphere, and Geomagnetism; and (5) Space Plasma Physics and Nonlinear Process in Space Geophysics.
Moreover, the LOC is organizing 2 plenaries, a panel about Women in Science, and the distribution of 3 prizes:
(1) Mario Acuña
(2) Ruth Gall
(3) Roberto Manzano
For those workshop attendees who are going to present ORAL contributions, please:
a) check the workshop program schedule in order to verify the date and time of the presentations.
b) kindly asked to leave 2-4 minutes for questions at the end of their speeches.
c) provide your presentation in a pen-drive prior to the beginning of the session.
There will be a notebook running Windows OS (with Microsoft PowerPoint and PDF Reader) for the presentation.
For those attendees who are going to present POSTERS, please:
- observe that the poster presentation will occur from 11:00 to 12:30 on three different days
- Monday, 28th November for Sessions 1 & 3
- Wednesday, 30th November for Session 2; and
- Friday, 2nd December for Sessions 4 & 4.
- take a look at the Conference Program to know the serial number of your work
- prepare your poster to stick it on the poster stand
We will provide poster stands with 1.2 m wide by 1.7 m height.
