1. No registration fee is required. The organizers will provide a welcome dinner for participants presenting oral or poster contributions, as well as invited guests, including session Chairs and members of the Local Organizing Committee (LOC).
2. Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, meals (except welcome dinner), visa, insurance, and other personal expenses.
3. Registration deadline: July 31st, 2026.
