Library informs: Webinars of CAPES Periodicals Portal in July/2025
INPE’s Library Division discloses some Webinars promoted by CAPES that are going to take place in July. Besides the training that aims to demonstrate how to navigate in the contents of the Periodicals Portal, CAPES will also promote Webinars related to other contents. In this month, themes like cybersecurity, sustainable computing and open access are going to be contemplated.
The trainings are online, for free, interactive and in real time. For registration, in case you don’t have register, access LOG IN (upper right side of the site) and click in REGISTER. After your registration, access the space ENTER with your user and password. When accessing the intended training, click in Request registration and, later, in Yes.
To participate, make your registration and wait the confirmation through email. You will receive the link for the virtual room with all the access orientations and you will have the participation certificate after the training. Remembering that it is necessary to identify yourself first in Log in to visualize the classes with open registrations.

New contents of Web of Science platform (Clarivate Special – 43)

The Principal Collection of Web of Science is now accessible in its entirety, with complete data of the Emerging Sources Citation Index and the Science Citation Index Expanded since 1900. Besides, other bases are going to be available:
Book Citation Index: Book numbers: 151.855; Total number of records: 2.137.432; Number of books added per year: 10.000.
Data Citation Index: Follow the citation links between the data and the literature of the journal to understand how a data group influenced other projects. Quickly identify which works connect you to associated data with filters and tags. Search in millions of standardized records, data group, studies and software from hundreds of repositories evaluated in science, social science and humanities.

- Registration must be done until one hour before the training.
- This certificate will be available in 15 business days after the training.
