Information on the historical evolution of some Brazilian foreign trade indicators (Charts and Tables)
The charts below show the evolution of some indicators of Brazilian foreign trade. The first series shows Brazilian exports and their main destination markets as a percentage share. The second series shows the current value in US dollars. The third series shows Brazil’s trade balance.
These indicators are grouped by regions (South America, Africa, Middle East, and Asia), countries (USA and Mexico), and economic groups (European Union, ALADI, Mercosur), and cover the period from 1981 to 2013.
An Excel (XLS) file contains the evolution of the terms of trade from 1850 to 2013.
