Launch of "Josué de Castro and the diplomacy of hunger"

FUNAG published the book "Josué de Castro and the Diplomacy of Hunger", prefaced by Minister Mauro Vieira and organized by José Graziano da Silva, Carla Carneiro and Saulo Ceolin.

The work presents the legacy of a pioneer in studies on hunger and malnutrition, as well as the history of Brazil's actions in international fora on this topic. Launched in the 174th. meeting of the FAO Council (December 2023), it will be available at the Foundation's stand at the Havana International Book Fair (February 15 to 25).
