FUNAG Publishes Book Commemorating 130 Years of Brazil-Japan Relations
In the context of the 130 years of diplomatic relations between Brazil and Japan, the Alexandre de Gusmão Foundation has just launched the book 130 anos de relações Brasil-Japão: balanço e perspectivas [130 years of Brazil-Japan relations: balance and perspectives], organized by Masato Ninomiya.
The book brings together texts by 18 leading authors, who offer the reader in-depth analyses and unique perspectives on the Brazil-Japan relationship in the areas of diplomacy, economics, culture, society and scientific cooperation. More than a celebration, this publication invites reflection on the achievements that have already been made and the vast potential that exists for strengthening and continually improving the Japanese-Brazilian partnership.
The publication is available free of charge from FUNAG’s digital library. The printed version can be purchased from the official online store.
