Professor Therezinha De Castro Library
The library is located in Block E and was named after Professor Therezinha de Castro. Its mission is to provide information in support of the pedagogical activities of the school, contributing to the improvement of the educational environment for both students and faculty, as well as the permanent staff.
The library is specialized on security and defense and its physical collection holds approximately 7,000 copies, from which part of them were inherited from the former Library of the Ministry of Defense.
The library is part of the Army Integrated Library Network (REDE BIE, in Portuguese), making use of Pergamum System to run its collection.
The library offers computers and Wi-Fi for research and rooms for individual and group study. Currently, it is open to our students and to school’s partner academic community through prior contact.
