Passo 1: Acesse o Portal do Paciente: https://telessaudemt.com.br/paciente
Passo 2: Informe seu login (CPF ou Cartão SUS) e senha para acessar o sistema.
Caso não possua acesso, é necessário estar previamente cadastrado pela unidade de saúde do seu município.
Passo 3: Selecione a opção desejada:
Perfil: Atualizar seus dados cadastrais (telefone, endereço, email e alteração de senha)
Exames: consultar resultados
Encaminhamentos: acompanhar solicitações
Teleconsultas: verificar agendamentos de teleatendimento
Passo 5: Clique na opção desejada.
Passo 6: Visualize as informações disponíveis.
