Passo 2 - Acessar o Módulo Portal do Discente.
Passo 3 - Acessar o menu Biblioteca.
Passo 4 - Selecionar Serviços ao Usuário.
Passo 4 - Selecionar Serviços Diretos.
Passo 4 - Selecionar Ficha Catalográfica.
Passo 4 - Clicar em Solicitar Ficha Catalográfica.
Passo 5 - Preencher os dados do formulário apresentado.
Passo 4 - Clicar em Cadastrar solicitação.
Passo 6 - Acompanhar a solicitação no Módulo Portal do Discente (passo 2).
