Passo 1 - Protocolar pedido na sede do IPEM, endereçado a Coordenadoria de Avaliação da Conformidade.
O interessado deve fornecer as informações e documentos conforme Portaria INMETRO n° 255/2007.
Passo 2 - Aguardar análise da solicitação.
Passo 3 - Pagar a guia de recolhimento enviada pelo IPEM.
Passo 4 - Aguardar visita técnica in loco, do IPEM-MT.
Passo 5 - Receber o Registro.
