Passo 1 - Solicitar emissão para a Coordenação Estadual por e-mail (artesanato@sedec.mt.gov.br) ou por telefone.
A solicitação também pode ser feita de forma presencial.
Passo 2 - Preencher a ficha de cadastro e anexar os documentos solicitados.
Passo 3 - Aguardar análise cadastral.
Encaminhar mais informações e documentos quando solicitado.
Passo 4 - Retirar a Carteira de Artesão.
