Passo 1 - Acessar o serviço no link “Solicitar Serviço de Referência, Assessoria e Orientação à Pesquisa - BPEEM "
O acesso pode ser feito usando CPF e senha cadastrada no aplicativo "MT Cidadão" ou na “Nota MT”. Se não tiver acesso, pode realizar o cadastro no aplicativo "MT Cidadão".
Passo 2 - Preencher formulário de agendamento.
Passo 3 - Aguardar a confirmação da solicitação no e-mail cadastrado ou acompanhar atualização do agendamento pelo “Acompanhar Agendamentos Realizados”.
