Steps for carrying out this service

Atendimento Presencial
Passo 1 - Agendar, via telefone ou presencialmente, o cadastro na Fundação Nova Chance - FUNAC.
Passo 2 - Comparecer à FUNAC pontualmente no dia e horário agendado, munido dos documentos exigidos.
Passo 3 - Solicitar o atendimento do serviço documental.
Passo 4 - Havendo necessidade, a pessoa assistida pelo profissional do serviço será orientada/encaminhada aos órgãos responsáveis pelas políticas públicas e sociais relacionadas.
