Passo 1 - Solicitar o registro da oficina por e-mail (dem@ipem.mt.gov.br) ou protocolar pedido na sede do IPEM.
O interessado deve fornecer as informações e documentos conforme Portaria INMETRO n° 04/2013.
Passo 2 - Aguardar análise da solicitação.
Passo 3 - Pagar a guia de recolhimento enviada pelo IPEM.
Passo 4 - Aguardar visita técnica in loco, do IPEM-MT.
