Passo 1- Acessar o portal Transparência Regulação SUS - MT (https://portaltransparenciaregulacaomt.saude.mt.gov.br), portando o documento do paciente.
Passo 2 - Marcar o tipo de serviço que deseja pesquisar (consulta, exame ou internação).
Passo 3 - Digitar os números do CPF ou Cartão do SUS do paciente.
Passo 4 - Clicar em pesquisar para realizar a consulta.
