Steps for carrying out this service

Atendimento Presencial
Passo 1 - Agendar, via telefone ou presencialmente, o cadastro na Fundação Nova Chance - FUNAC.
Passo 2 - Comparecer à FUNAC pontualmente no dia e horário agendado, munido dos documentos exigidos.
Passo 3 - Requerer a declaração via telefone ou presencial, junto à equipe do Patronato/FUNAC.
Passo 4 - Comparecer à FUNAC para retirar a declaração.
