Passo 1 - Acessar o serviço no link "Solicitar Informação de Patrimônio, Histórico e Museológico".
O acesso pode ser feito usando CPF e senha cadastrada no aplicativo "MT Cidadão" ou na “Nota MT”. Se não tiver acesso, pode realizar o cadastro no aplicativo "MT Cidadão".
Passo 2 - Clicar em "Solicitar novo serviço".
Passo 3 - Preencher formulário de solicitação de informações.
Passo 4 - Aguardar resposta da informação solicitada no e-mail cadastrado ou acompanhar atualização da solicitação pelo MT Login.
