Atendimento Presencial
Passo 1 - Procurar a Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS), onde a pessoa será avaliada pelo Clínico Geral.
Será solicitado o agendamento via Sistema de Regulação (SISREG) na Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS).
Passo 2 - Comparecer no Ambulatório de Pneumologia no dia e horário marcado com a documentação exigida.
Verificar qual a documentação exigida para a primeira consulta.
