Passo 1 - Acessar o serviço pelo link "Solicitar Pedido de Vistoria em Bem Tombado".
· O acesso pode ser feito usando CPF e senha cadastrada no aplicativo "MT Cidadão" ou na “Nota MT”. Se não tiver acesso, pode realizar o cadastro no aplicativo "MT Cidadão".
Passo 2 - Clicar em "Solicitar novo serviço".
Passo 3 - Preencher formulário com as informações sobre o item a ser vistoriado.
Passo 4 - Caso o solicitante seja o proprietário do bem, aguardar o contato pelo e-mail ou telefone para agendar a vistoria.
Passo 5 - Aguardar o envio do relatório técnico de vistoria no e-mail cadastrado ou acompanhar atualização da solicitação pelo MT Login.
