Passo 1 - Acessar o serviço no link "Solicitar Consulta ao Acervo do Museu de História Natural".
O acesso pode ser feito usando CPF e senha cadastrada no aplicativo "MT Cidadão" ou na “Nota MT”. Se não tiver acesso, pode realizar o cadastro no aplicativo "MT Cidadão".
Passo 2 - Clicar em "Realizar novo agendamento"
Passo 3 - Preencher formulário de agendamento.
Passo 4 - Aguardar confirmação do agendamento no e-mail cadastrado ou acompanhar atualização da solicitação pelo MT Login.
