Passo 1 - Acessar o aplicativo MT Cidadão.
O acesso pode ser feito usando CPF e senha cadastrada na “Nota MT”. Se necessário, pode realizar o cadastro no aplicativo.
Passo 2 - Clicar em Realizar Novo Agendamento.
Passo 3 - Preencher o formulário de agendamento.
Passo 4 - Aguardar confirmação por e-mail.
Passo 5 - Comparecer na data e horário agendado.
