Passo 1 - Solicitar a atualização dos dados cadastrais (beneficiário titular, dependentes e agregados) por e-mail atendimento@mtsaude.mt.gov.br
Passo 2 - Enviar em anexo no e-mail cópia dos documentos para atualização dos dados cadastrais.
A atualização dos dados cadastrais também pode ser solicitada na sede do Mato Grosso Saúde.
