Passo 1- Acessar o site do Sistema SIGADOC e fazer o login, ou cadastrar como novo usuário:
Passo 2 - Clicar no ícone "Criar", onde irá abrir uma outra página "Novo", nessa tela o servidor deverá selecionar modelo "Requerimento", colocando destinatário como a "unidade de gestão de pessoas do órgão de lotação", a classificação utilizar o código 023.15, preencher a descrição, o assunto e o texto do requerimento, após clicar em "ok";
