Passo 1 - Baixar formulário de requerimento de CTC / DTC (Acessar formulário aqui).
Passo 2 - Enviar o formulário preenchido (Requerimento) com documentação obrigatória via e-mail ao protocolo do órgão de origem.
Passo 3 - Acompanhar a tramitação do processo pelo portal de consulta a processos Acessar portal de consulta aqui
Passo 4 - Aguardar o envio da Certidão de Tempo de Contribuição - CTC por e-mail.
