Para fazer o cadastro, o interessado deve seguir os passos abaixo:
1) Fazer cadastro de usuário externo no Sistema SEI!MG, acessar o link: www.sei.mg.gov.br/usuarioexterno
2) Na tela de acesso a usuário externo no SEI!MG, clique na opção “Clique aqui se não é cadastrado”.
3) Siga as instruções constantes na página.
