A solicitação pode ser feita presencialmente nos escritórios do IMA, por e-mail ou pelo Portal de Serviços do Produtor. O produtor recebe a ficha sanitária da mesma forma como efetuou a solicitação (presencialmente, por e-mail ou pelo Portal de Serviços do Produtor Rural). No Portal deve clicar em "imprimir" e optar pela impressão ou por salvar o documento.
