A Carteira de Visitante permite visitas a adolescentes em unidades socioeducativas e requer cadastro. Ela é válida durante a medida socioeducativa e deve ser devolvida após a desinternação. O adolescente pode ter até oito visitantes cadastrados, mas apenas dois por visita. Familiares diretos têm direito à visita, enquanto outros interessados precisam de autorização da unidade.
