Which is?
Solicitar alvará para autorizar o funcionamento de um estabelecimento, incluindo automaticamente a inscrição municipal. Existem dois tipos: Alvará de Localização e Funcionamento, obrigatório para qualquer atividade, válido até 31 de dezembro, e Alvará Sanitário, exigido para atividades de saúde, com validade de um ano e renovável.
