Brazil promoted a broad reform of labor regulations

The Brazilian government promoted a broad reform of labor regulations in the country. More than 1,000 decrees, ordinances and labor normative instructions were condensed into just 15 norms.

Now work is less bureaucratic in Brazil, ensuring more efficiency in the working hours that are dedicated to fulfilling legal obligations. The result is a record generation of jobs and companies.

Brazil reached the record of 100 million people employed. The unemployment rate, at 8.9%, is the lowest since 2015, and more than 2 million companies were opened in the first half of 2022.
