After more than 58 million visits, Brazil's Happy Child Program (Programa Criança Feliz) - the world's largest home visitation program for early childhood monitoring - will be the subject of an international documentary.

The documentary will be financed by the Joint Fund for Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations in partnership with the Ministry of Citizenship. The movie will show Brazil's success in supporting pregnant women and their children from conception onwards.

The program seeks to strengthen family ties, helping pregnant women prepare for birth and for first-time care, supporting the pregnancy and informing families about their rights to health and social services, to a minimum income, and also about how to access those rights.

It also seeks to act in the areas of education, justice, culture and human rights and strengthen local, state and national services to provide the adequate care for families with pregnant women, children under age 3 and children with disabilities under 6.
