Financial market projections indicate a drop in inflation in Brazil

The financial market forecast for Brazil’s official 2022 inflation fell from 7.15% to 7.11%. This is the 6th consecutive reduction in their projection, according to the Central Bank. Inflation is expected to go  down to 5.36% in 2023; 3.3%, in 2024; and 3% in 2025.

As for the projection of the growth of the Brazilian economy - this year, it increased from 1.97% to 1.98%. In 2023, our country’s GDP is expected to experience a growth of 0.4%. In 2024 and 2025, the financial market projects GDP growth of 1.7% and 2%, respectively.
