Housing for vulnerable communities: Casa Verde e Amarela

Through the program “Casa Verde e Amarela”, the Brazilian Government aims to reduce the housing deficit in the country, making it possible for low-income urban families to purchase their homes at much lower interest rates than those practiced in the market.

Since 2019, around 1.2 million homes have been delivered in all of Brazil. Last year alone, about 345,600 units were granted, benefiting more than 1.4 million people. The program also contributes to economic growth, generating jobs and modernizing  the civil construction area.
