1,2 million houses have been delivered to vulnerable populations

Since 2019, 1,2 million houses have been delivered to vulnerable populations throughout the country by the Brazilian government’s national housing program “Casa Verde e Amarela”. It has already reached an average of 1,100 per day, benefiting more than 4.8 million people.

The Program, associated with economic development, the generation of jobs, and increase of income, aims to raise the standard of living for families dwelling in urban areas. New or second-hand homes are financed with discounts and the lowest interest rates in the real state market.
