Current Sanctions

This section discloses all administrative sanctions applied by the National Mining Agency to individuals, companies, non-governmental organizations, and public servants.

Information regarding administrative sanctions can be accessed through the Transparency Portal, where you can consult the effective period, publication date, sanctioned party's name, federative unit (UF), sanctioning body, sanction category, and fine amount.

To access information about the National Mining Agency (ANM) sanctions on the Transparency Portal, simply follow the steps below or click on the link at the bottom of the page:

1. Access the Transparency Portal (portaldatransparencia.gov.br).

2. In the menu, choose the "Sanções" option.

3. On the card flip, choose the "Consulta" option.

4. On the following page, look at the filter column on the left side, which offers several filtering options. To access the ANM data, you must choose the "órgão sancionador" option and type "agência nacional de mineração", in lowercase.

5. Then, just click on "Consultar".
